U.K. customers should order by Tuesday 16th December for pre-Christmas delivery.
This deadline assumes a successful first delivery attempt - please consider using a delivery address where you know someone will be in to accept it and look out for Royal Mail tracking information sent by email and/or SMS .
For international customers, you should now expect any new orders to arrive after Christmas.
Christmas closure:
Orders placed between December 19 - January 4 will ship w/c January 5.
Customer service emails will be unmonitored during this window but will be picked up from January 5.
